With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Romeo C. Barnard of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barnard and Mabel Barnard (Macey); his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Timmy, Dennis and Donalda.
He is survived by: his close friend Anne Trayah; his daughters, Darlene Barnard-Trayah (Billy) and Michelle Barnard; his granddaughters, Gina and Sonia; and his great grandchildren, Colton and Jaxon.
