He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Thomas Brooks and Edith Mae Brooks; his wife Lois Ann; and his daughter Mary Lynn. He is survived by: his son Thomas J. (Dianne) of Glens Falls, NY; and his sister Mary (Pete Corral) of Plattsburgh, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
