He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Mullady and Lena Mullady (Mitchell); and his wife Jean. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Judy Mullady of Dannemora, Kris and Tina Higdon of Tucson, AZ..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of North Country or the Dannemora Fire Department.
