With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Young (Plattsburgh, New York), born in West Stewartstown, New Hampshire, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 28, 2024 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Jesse and Margaret Young (Beauchemin); and his sister-in-law Brenda Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pierce; his sons, Jeremy (Heather Young) and Jason Young of Ellenburg Depot, NY; his grandson Cody; his siblings, Janet Young of Colebrook, NH and Allen Young of Conway, NH; and his in-laws, Jon, Kathy Pierce of Oakdale, CT, Dale, Itir Pierce of Falcon, CO, Scott, Beth Pierce of Daytona Beach, FL and Barry Pierce of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and cousins.
