He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Miller and Gladys H. Miller (Martin); and his sisters, Janice Steigleman and Lucille Black. He is survived by: his children, Richard J. Miller, III (Karen Boule) of Plattsburgh, NY and Belinda Snell (John S. Snell) of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Nathan Miller of Enfield, NH, Brenna Miller of Plattsburgh, NY, Stephen Snell of Virginia Beach, VA and Ryan Snell of Millersville, MD; and his sisters, June Scardaccione of Plattsburgh, NY and Shirley Tourangeau of Mansfield, OH.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, services will be held privately for the family.
