He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Baker of Plattsburgh, NY; his children, Maria Smith of Warren, MA, Julie Rines of Winchendon, MA, Mark Baker of Peru, NY, Marty Baker of Cheyenne, WY and Rachelle Pratt of Jacksonville, FL.; his brothers, Maurice Baker of Milton, VT and Robert Baker of Chazy, NY; and his grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Amber Guay, Andrew Baker, Cody Rines, Jesse Owen and Joshua Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
