He was predeceased by: his wife Judith (Grube); and his brothers, Ronald and Nelson Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kris LaDuke (Greg) and Shelly Downing-Forget (Lisa); his granddaughters, Ashley Boisvert (Michael) and Kelly Menard (Erich); his great grandchild Carter Boisvert; and his siblings, Marie Dupra, Neomi Reil, Peter and Brion Forget.
