He is survived by: his son Sam; his significant other Kay Martineau; his partner's children, Jerry, Debi, Michelle, Scott and Marcey; his children, Samuel Bechard (Dorothy) of Milton Vt and April Staley (Joe) of Morrisonville, NY; his sister Pauline Billow (Cliff) of Champlain, NY.; and his sisters-in-law, Lita Bechard and Shirley Bechard. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
