He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Patnode and Gladys Patnode (Smart); his siblings, Anita, Lawrence, Clarence, Leonard, Robert and JoAnn; and his wife Faith Ann Patnode (Boyea).
He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Pamela, Darlene and Brad.
