She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weatherwax and Catherine Weatherwax (Cook); her husband Arnold "Petty" Provost; and her siblings, Jane Arena, Carl "Buddy", Dennis, Edward, William "Billy" and Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Provost, George Provost (Lori), Arnold Provost (Heidy Squires), Jeffrey Provost (Doreen), Denise Ward (Raymond) and Michele Provost (Gary); and her sisters, Lorraine Glode and Pearl Weatherwax. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
