She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Stone (Beshaw) and Peter Stone; her husband Raymond Baker; her mother-in-law Lena Baker; her sons-in-law, Greg Coons and Marvin Desrocher; her granddaughter Christina Baker; and her siblings, Marion Anderson, Nancy Stone, Myrtle Ducatte, David Stone, Willard Stone and Peter Stone.
She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Desrocher (Marvin) of Plattsburgh; her grandchildren, Sandy, Angela and Marvin Jr.; her daughter Judy Coons (Greg) of Saugerties; her grandchildren, Patricia (James) and Donny; her sons, Roy Baker of Plattsburgh and Raymond Baker (Marie) of Glensfalls; her grandchildren, Daniele (Jeremy), Crystal and Trisha; her sons, Lawrence Baker (Kathy) of North Carolina and Jeff Baker (Donna) of West Chazy; her grandchildren, Carissa (Chris), Anthony (Calexis), Andrew (Hakima) and Tyler (Sarah); her daughter Rose of Texas; her grandchildren, Jessica, Walter and Kayla; her son Christopher Baker of Plattsburgh; her granddaughters, Kimberly and Stephanie; and her siblings, Priscilla Dennis, Cecile Stone, Doris Provost, Florence Stone and Pearl Spagnola. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (114 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (4705 S Catherine St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
