He is survived by: his wife Angela Collins; his daughters, Katelyn and Kristy; his siblings, Gerald "Bob" Collins (Pat), Darlene Mashtare and Dora Matthews (Robert); his grandson Jake; his close friend Laurie Collins; and his brother-in-law Clayton Mashtare. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
