She was predeceased by: her mother Jacqueline Worley White; her aunt Debbie Worley Fritz; her grandparents, Barbara, Morris Monette and Larry Worley; and her niece Jacqueline Giddings.
She is survived by: her children, Quintin, Nazilynn and Jillian Lacey; the father of her children Corey Lacey; her siblings, Shon Worley (Heather), Mindy White Gaudette, Tiffany Van Valkenburg (Tracey), Dylan Dapo (Tenaya) and Nina Duprey (Janet Abare); her uncle Chucky; and her aunt Beth Worley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Champlain Valley Family Center.
