He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bailey and Charlotte Bailey (Wells); his siblings, Vivian Lamphear, Lois Tallman, Carol Allen, Garth Bailey, Duane Bailey and Arthur Alden Bailey (Boggey); and also Joyce Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bailey; his sons, Robert Bailey, Patrick Bailey, Michael Bailey (Carolyn) and Mark Bailey (Karen); his grandchildren, Todd Bailey (Jennifer), Jason Bailey, Andrea Minardi (Gian), Alicia Ayers (David), Joshua Bailey, Michaela White (Ronald III), Sarah Andrews (Ethan), Meghan Lovering (Joseph) and Ryan Bailey (Allison); his great grandchildren, Julia Bailey, Anna Bailey, Stellina Minardi, Veda Minardi, Isabella Ayers, Eloise Lovering, Howard Andrews, Brynlee Bailey and Kimberlyn Bailey; and his siblings, Bertha Smith and Brian Alden Bailey.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Turnpike Wesleyan Church (2224 Military Turnpike, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
