She was predeceased by: her parents, William LaFountain and Minnie LaFountain (Gadway); her former husband Joseph Gursky; her husband Gordon Costin; her daughter Lisa Gursky; her granddaughter Holly Gursky; her great grandchild Ashleigh Gursky; and her siblings, Margery Duval, Fremont LaFountain, Irene Barcomb, Hector LaFountain, Bertha Vincent and Leon LaFountain.
She is survived by: her children, John Gursky of Plattsburgh, Tom Gursky (Liz) of Arden, NC, Kathy Gursky of Plattsburgh, Karen Gursky (Tom Hanchett) of Moriah, Stanley Gursky (Pam) of Hudson Falls and Laurie Relyea (Ed Reiblein) of Cohoes; her grandchildren, Eric Gursky (Dionne), Michael Gursky, Stephanie Relyea (Zach), Danielle Murphy (Dan), Tommy Gursky (Vanessa) and Christina Gursky; her great grandchildren, Aidan Gursky, Mack and Walter Murphy; her brother Karl; her siblings-in-law, Bev Costin and Paul Costin; and her pet Belle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Plattsburgh Rehabilitation and Nursing Center or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
