He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley McKinney and Violet Green McKinney; and his siblings, Jean LaVigne of Chazy, N. Y. and Jack McKinney of Rock, W. V. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Russo McKinney; his children, Terry McKinney (Grace) of Ormond Beach, Fla., Frank McKinney (Lynn) of Spartanburg, S. C., Bosco McKinney (Karen) of Plattsburgh, N. Y. and Cindy Sibert of Belleville, Ill.; and his grandchildren, Danielle Wiedmaier, Matthew McKinney, Morgan McKinney, Andrew Knef and Jessie Huck. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
