He was predeceased by: his father James O'Neil; and his grandparents, James and Dorothy O'Neil. He is survived by: his mother Judith Lambert; and his siblings, Kevin O'Neil (Darlene), Dennis O'Neil (Cindy), Pete O'Neil (Cher), Sheila Garrant (Ron) and Sherrie Summerhill (John). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
