She was predeceased by: her husband Adrian Perry; her granddaughter Amber; her great grandchild Anna; and her siblings, Margaret, Marilyn, Evelyn, Elizabeth and Walter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Lee Perry, Linda Greenwald (Allen), Donna Russell (David), Judy Booth (Matthew) and Cindy Preisinger (Larry); and her sister Peggy Skiff. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
