Marshall Benedict Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2023, at the age of 73, Marshall Benedict (Plattsburgh, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leroy Benedict and Rita Garvey Benedict; his brothers, Keith and Rickey; and his grandson Justin Baker.

He is survived by: his close friend Janet Shepard; his children, Jenny Shaffer (Benedict) of Willsboro and Marshall Benedict Jr. of California; his grandchildren, Karissa Babb of Oregon, William Shaffer of Oregon and Emily Shaffer of Plattsburgh; his great grandchildren, Syndney and Freya Babb; his sister-in-law Christine Tybush Benedict of Willsboro; and his niece Tracey Benedict. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
