It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kurt M. Stout of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Carl Stout. He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Stout and Sheila Stout; his sister Clare Magee; and his children, Brandi Arnold, Ryan Stout and Cheyney Stivalet. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
