He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth V. David and Jeanette David (Trombley); his wife Jo Ann David; and his son-in-law Chester Hart. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Goddeau (Joseph), Katherine Hart, Brian David (Missy Bushey) and Jason David (Michelle Pelkey). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
