Maddix; his sons, Jonathan L., Christopher M., Michael A., Patrick E. and Martin L.; his grandchildren, Chantelle Marie, Alexander Jean-Luc, Sadie Elizabeth, Isaiah Michael Thomas, Marcus Johan, Kaylee Louise, Patrick Thomas-Evers and Kiana Marie; his brother Stanley Lee; and his half-siblings, Dennis Maddix, Barbara Maddix, Peggy Hicks, Kathy (Maddix), Wragg of Canton, MI and Jacquie Maddix. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
