Joan Duchin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2019, at the age of 76, Joan Duchin (Plattsburgh, New York) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Duchin to pay them a last tribute.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Amell and AnnaMae Amell (Rock); her former husband Jerry G. Myers; her husband Harvey E. Duchin, MD; her daughters, Gina Rickert (Walter) of Peru and Alita Desso (Mark) of Plattsburgh; her grandchildren, Austin (Shelly Rickert), Marnie Rickert (Spencer Andrews) and Keith Desso of Plattsburgh; her sisters, Nancy Barcomb of Plattsburgh and Connie Barcomb of Plattsburgh; and also Shirley Amell of Plattsburgh. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the SPCA in Peru NY or Hospice of the North Country in Plattsburgh, N.Y. Many thanks to the loving and compassionate nurses from Hospice for the care of our mother and grandmother.
