He is survived by: his mother Sandra LaPierre; his stepfather Joe Brown; his father Randy Provost; his mother-in-law Melody Provost; his daughter Taylor Marie Provost; his brothers, Joe Jr. Brown and Cory Brown; his grandparents, Dick and Joyce Hinds; and also, Mandy Provost and Betty Provost. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association which was near and dear to Jeramy's heart.
