It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean B. Raymond (Plattsburgh, New York), born in Champlain, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Eugene J. Bombard and Ruth F. Bombard (Kratz); her husband Charles "Harold" Raymond; and her nephews, Dr. Allan T. Bombard, David S. Bombard and Charles E. Bombard.
