We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 77, James S Carr of Plattsburgh, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carr and Jean Carr (Mehan); his siblings, Mary Lynn Carr and Bill Carr; and his son David Carr.
He is survived by: his children, James Carr II (Olivia) of Mooers Forks and Keva Timpson of Plattsburgh; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Steven, Jacob, Patrick and Charlotte; his sister-in-law Pat of Plattsburgh; and his sisters, Corrie Lawler (Mike) of Syracuse, Kim Broeker (Eric) of Hammond and Barbara Carr of Syracuse. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
