He was predeceased by: his parents, John McNeil and Irene Jones; and his siblings, John of Bethlehem Pennsylvania and Shirley Gearhart of Lansing, Michigan.. He is survived by: his wife Nora Mooney McNeil; his daughters, Sue (Eric Haelsig) of Brick and Lisa (Keith Neilson); his granddaughters, Sophie and Abigail of Edinburgh, Scotland.; and his sisters, Connie (Jim), Joan Christy and Marj McNeil of Evans, Georgia.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
