It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James E. Forsythe of Plattsburgh, New York, born in Weymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Forsyth and Elizabeth Forsyth (Silva); his former wife Janet Forsythe; and his siblings, Chester Forsyth, Evelyn Watlington and Esther Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Aiken; his stepchildren, Matthew Sante, Steven Aiken, Erena Fulton (Steven) and DoSoon Aiken; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Lily, Trevor and Mia Sante. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to United Methodist Church Memorial fund in Dannemora or the Cumberland Bay Barbershop Chorus.
