He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James O'Neil and Dorothy O'Neil (Holland); his wife Brenda; his children, Patrick O'Neil (Rebecca) of Plattsburgh and Bridget O'Neil Craddock (Blake) of Bullock, NC; his grandchildren, Ellie O'Neil, Kailen Craddock, Caroline Craddock, Kennedy O'Neil and Makenna O'Neil; and his brother James "Jim" O'Neil. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public calling hours in respect for COVID.
