It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herwood Mayo of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Herwood Mayo to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard W. Mayo and Nettie Mayo (Brown); and his brother Millard G. Mayo of Wethersfield, Connecticut.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Mayo of Plattsburgh; and his children, Michael Mayo (Margie) of Sun Valley, Daniel Mayo (Tammy) of Coeur, Todd Mayo (Patty) of Plattsburgh, Pamela Mayo Hamel (David) of Daytona Beach and Julie Collins (Jack) of West Chazy. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Donations in his memory may be made to the Chazy Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 116, Chazy, NY 12921.
