She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Guyette and Edith Guyette (Laforest); her husband Robert Alger; her daughter Debbie Alger; and her son-in-law Raymond Shepard.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin, Suzanne Alger, Scott, Jessica Alger and Linda Shepard. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
