She is survived by: her children, Laura Sumner (Jon), Kathy Otis (Shelby) and Paul Forshay (Kelly); her grandchildren, Debbie Manor (Joe), Brittani Hellen (Nate Morrison), Stephanie DiNatale (Justin) and James Otis; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Morrison, Dana Morrison, Quinn Manor, Claire Manor, Ashton O'Neill and Leo DiNatale. She is also survived by great granddaughter on the way, and many nieces and nephews.
