She is survived by: her parents, Douglas (Norma Witham) and Elaine Witham (Frank Scott); her husband Shane Forrette; her children, Mark Greenwood, Mike (Tosha Greenwood), Brandan (Lauryn Forrette) and Maurica (Aaron Ernsberger); her grandchildren, Keidyn Robinson, Zayden Robinson, Kyson LaFleur, Braylee LaFleur and Braeyden Greenwood; her parents-in-law, Curt, Patty Provost, Shannon Provost and Curtis Provost; her siblings, Diana Salazar, Rachel Gibson, Scott Witham, Vicki Dentinger, Howard Jones, Edward Jones and Doulas Jones; and her aunts and uncles, Beverly Barney, Clara Margosian, Charlotte (John Darin), Paula Witham, Allen (Tina Millett), Leon (Evie Millett), Rodrick Witham and Ronald Witham. She is also survived by stepchild or grandbaby or step grandbabies.
