He is survived by: his girlfriend Wendy Davies; his siblings, John (Deb), Bryan Dame, Daniel Dame (Donnell), Carol Dame, Sheron Dodge (Bob), Shiela Dame and Miss Susan Murphy; and his children, Daniel Dame, Joseph Young, Giles Davies, Kelly Dame and Jessica Blake. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and several other nieces and nephews.
