We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2023, at the age of 95, Geraldine M. Garrand in Plattsburgh, New York, born in Mooers, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Morrison and Julia Morrison (Sharrow); her husband Bernard Garrand; her siblings, Charles Morrison, Leonard Morrison, Lawrence Morrison, Willis "Pete" Morrison (Marion), Eleanor Baker, Gertrude Turner, Mildred Morrison and Pauline Baker (Loyal); her children-in-law, Bruce Juneau and Lona Garrand; and her grandsons, Johnny Dauphinais and Michael Deneault.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Garrand of Plattsburgh, NY, Bernadette Blow (Garth) of North Port, FL, Barbara Garrand of Hemmingford, Rita Nichols (James) of Burlington, VT, Norma Garrand of Theresa, NY, Brenda Luther (Gary) of North Syracuse, NY, Joan Garrand of Fairbanks, AK, Michael Garrand of Mooers, NY and Steven Garrand (Leisa) of Plattsburgh, NY; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Manor and Robin Pageau. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; goddaughter.
