He is survived by: his children, Eileen Allen (Peter) of Plattsburgh, Thomas Barber of Plattsburgh, Elizabeth Marie Barber of Plattsburgh, David Barber (Ann) of Plattsburgh and James Barber (Carol); and his siblings, David and Helen Barber Klaus.
