He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Neale and Eleanor Neale (Tyrrell); his brothers, James Neale, Keith Neale and Morris Neale of Walton, N. Y.; his parents-in-law, Phyllis Neale, Orville, Noella Trombley, Rita, Leon Roberts, Annabelle, Clifford Ashline, Ethel, Francis Harvey, Hubert, Gertrude Trombley, Charles Gonyo, Bernice, Rolland Barcomb and Donald Trombley; his stepson-in-law Paul Cloutier; and his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Gadway and Heath Mundy.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Neale; his brothers, Arthur "George" Neale, Robert and Marion Neale; his daughters, Kimberly, Baker, Tammy and Blanchard; his stepchildren, Pamela Gadway (Russell), Elaine Cloutier, Debra Rochester Collins and Daniel Rochester (Annie); and his sister-in-law Pauline Roberts (Morris). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 10 stepgrandchildren; 14 stepgreat-grandchildren.
