He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Donivan and Veronica Donivan (Deso); his siblings, Wayne Donivan and Betty Donivan McCumber; and his stepfather Adrian Venne.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Venne; his children, Novia-Lee Wood (Mark) and Gary Donivan Jr. (Patricia); his grandchildren, Dana-Lynn Mintz (Darren), Kevin Wood (Afton), Maura Donivan, Justin Donivan, Hayleigh Wood, Vala Wood, David Mintz and Michael Tippins Jr.; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kiara and Alexander Gilbert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations in Gary's memory may be made to the American Heart Association or American Kidney Association.
