He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Kelley (Deyo) and Fred Kelley; his wife Doris; his sister Loretta Foster (Glen); and his half-sister Jane Patnode.
He is survived by: his son Tim (Christine); his grandchildren, Michael, Camryn, Allie and Jayden; his great grandchild Ilana; and his sister Helen Pepper (Ed). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Plattsburgh High School Booster Club.
