With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Meigs (Plattsburgh, New York), who passed away on July 19, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Meigs and Geraldine Meigs (Macey); and his brother Emmett Hayes. He is survived by: his close friend Cindy Rabideau of Plattsburgh; and his children, Michael Meigs (Danielle Caron), Paul Burgette and Angie Merrill. He is also survived by several grandchildren and cousins.
