He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Carter and Mildred Carter (Lucia); his wife Mary (Wilson); his children, Christina Turcotte (Richard) of Stark, NH and Jody Eggleston (Tracy) of Saranac, NY.; his grandchildren, Joshua Eggleston (Blair), Brianna Fast (Eric) and Amie Eggleston; his great grandchildren, Avery Carter Eggleston and Fast; his sisters-in-law, Gloria Carter and Sally LaMora (Charles); and his close friend Ann Quintin of Milton, VT..
