We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2023, at the age of 84, Frances M. Walker of Plattsburgh, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank DeCarlo and Rita DeCarlo (Hansbury); her husband Carl W. Walker; and her siblings, Marion, Helen, Nancy and Wendell "Buddy" DeCarlo.

She is survived by: her children, Carl L. Walker (Debbie) of Plattsburgh, Lisa Canepa (Alex) and Sheila Currier (Darryl); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Walker, Gabriel Currier, Allen Canepa, Nicole Rowe (Walker), Gina Currier and Francesca Canepa. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be offered to the ASPCA.
