He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred LaValley and Mabel LaValley (Rollo); and his wife Joyce LaValley (Soden). He is survived by: his children, Pamela Highers (Tom), Randy LaValley, Ronald LaValley (Amy) and Julie Mitchell (Alan); his grandchildren, Kristy Raso (Tim), Jamie Niles (Graham), Kaleigh Myatt (Jason), Bryant LaValley (Heather), TJ LaValley, Hope Craig, Heather LaValley, Jerika LaValley, Tony Bushey, Kacie LaValley and Kristopher Minogue; and his great grandchildren, Aaryanna, Austin Raso, Sydney, Vayda Niles, Jack, Karson Myatt, Sawyer, Liam, Peyton LaValley, Rowan Cayea, Emery Minogue, Millie Bushey and Baby Wyatt Bushey.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home - Plattsburgh (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Church (114 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A burial was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 251 Tom Miller Rd, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
