She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Gagnon and Anna Gagnon (Richards); her husband Simon Blake, Jr.; her daughter Shirley Donnelly; her foster son Donald "Putt" Burnell; her grandson Todd Michael LaPorte; and her great grandchild Dale Blake.

She is survived by: her children, Ruth Relation (Michael), Jackie Blake, Jack Blake (Judy), Stanley Lanoue (Sharron) and Joyce Franks (Kenneth); and her foster children, Ross Burnell, Jr. (Ginger), Wanda Cook (Roger), Donna LaPorte (Michael), Rita LaPorte (Steve) and Joe Burnell (Linda). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
