She was predeceased by: her parents, Bjarni Gudjonsson and Olof Helga Gudjonsson (Kristmundsd); and her children, Richard McCoy and Cynthia L. McCoy. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Sampica; and her children, William C. (Roberta McCoy), Robert D. (Betty McCoy), Patrick S. (Jennifer McCoy) and Kristen Sampica of Chazy Lake. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
