It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Scales of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansel Young and Nancy Hayden Young Phillips. She is survived by: her brother Hayden Young of Saranac Lake; her children, Kevin Scales (Ruth Bell) of Juneau, Alaska and Jennifer Scales (William Padove) of Conshohocken; and her grandchildren, Lillian Staneruck and Shawn Staneruck.
