With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine D. LaTour of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on February 25, 2024 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine D. LaTour to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward LaPoint and Flora LaPoint (LaClair); her husband Albert LaTour; her brother Donald LaPoint; and her stepdaughters, Alice LaTour, Diane Penrose and Dina Blackman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Noreault of Westville, Jerraine Pulsifer of Plattsburgh and Dan LaPoint (Brenda) of Plattsburgh; her close friend Ronald Parmeter of Plattsburgh; her stepson Cal LaTour (Pam); her friend Joyce Conners; and her aunt Dorothy Merrill. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
