He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Kenny and Margaret Kenny (Law). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Stetz of Plattsburgh, Darlene Peryea of Plattsburgh, Winema Baker of Plattsburgh and Douglas Kenny of Plattsburgh; and his siblings, Gary Kenny of Rochester, Dennis Kenny of Buffalo and Theresa Meadows of Buffalo. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
