He is survived by: his wife Gail LaPier (Terpstra); and his children, Donna Gogg (Jim), Andy LaPier (Karen), Deborah Defayette (Dave), Paula LaPier, Judy LaPier, Charlie LaPier (Penny) and Marvin LaPier (Rose). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
