He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cassidy and Hazel Cassidy (Conlon); and his son William Cassidy. He is survived by: his wife Lil of Plattsburgh; his children, Betty Forrest (Bob), Donald Jr., Debbie Murphy (Steve) and John; his grandchildren, Billie-Jo Sauvron (Bill), Jesse Sawallich (Paul) and Donald Cassidy III; his sister-in-law Marie Cassidy; and his nephew Matt LaBombard. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
